Fully licensed, bonded, and insured, the company also maintains multiple business licenses across various cities to ensure full compliance with the ever-evolving requirements of local building officials. Kevin’s extensive experience began with his training in the U.S. Navy Construction Battalion (SEABEES) reserve program, where he acquired foundational construction skills and a strong work ethic. Following his service, he gained invaluable hands-on experience by working alongside a variety of specialized contractors, honing his expertise in concrete, framing, drywall, painting, tile, roofing, and numerous other essential trades.

Kevin’s career took a significant step forward when he was hired by Lewis Homes of California as an assistant superintendent and customer service lead. This role provided him with deep insight into the comprehensive process of homebuilding, from groundbreaking to completion. More importantly, it refined his exceptional customer service skills by guiding homebuyers through their new homes, meticulously inspecting every aspect for defects, and managing maintenance repairs throughout the critical one-year warranty period. This position elevated both his technical construction capabilities and his dedication to client satisfaction.

Motivated by a passion for quality craftsmanship and personalized service, Kevin established his own construction business in 1994, securing his contractor's license. Over the past three decades, California Craftsman Construction has completed a myriad of successful projects, earning a stellar reputation for excellence.
